Thank you for visiting the North West Hammers website. As you will have guessed, it is a site primarily for Hammers fans living in Cheshire, Lancashire, Staffordshire, Shropshire and North Wales to be able to communicate quickly and easily with each other. Since the website was launched in September 2005 we have attracted over 70 fully paid-up members and the most common phrase we hear is "I didn't know there were so many Hammers fans in the area". Although we are a non profit-making group, we do charge a £10 initial membership fee. The purpose of this is to ensure that we do not attract unwanted attention and spamming on the forum etc. Payment of the joining fee will allow access to the member's area of the site where you can order match tickets, check on meeting venues and transport arrangements and join in the lively chat forums. Money raised from membership fees is used for the benefit of the members on things such as subsidised coach trips to Upton Park and gifts for the juniors on the trips. We do hope that you will feel it worth joining - it's a great way of meeting up with fellow Hammers fans who may be living just around the corner!
